The recommended adult dosage is 60 mg of fexofenadine hydrochloride administered orally twice daily.
The recommended pediatric dosages are as follows: for children aged 7 to < 12 years, 30 mg of fexofenadine hydrochloride administered orally twice daily, and for children aged 12 years or older, 60 mg of fexofenadine hydrochloride administered orally twice daily.
The dosage may be adjusted according to the patient's symptom.
